Pizza Bombs

Rao’s Homemade Pizza Arrabbiata Sauce
- 1 can 8 count of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 package of pepperoni
- 1 package of mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup of melted butter
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of italian seasoning
Directions
- Open the can of biscuits and separate each biscuit in half to form 16 thin biscuit pieces.
- Cut the pepperoni slices into quarters and place a few bits of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit.
- Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.
- Top cheese and pepperoni with Rao’s Homemade Pizza Arrabbiata
- Fold up the edges of the biscuit to fold the pepperoni and cheese into the center.
- Roll into a ball, sealing the edges so the cheese and sauce does not leak out.
- Place the biscuits in Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker and Air Fryer basket in an even layer, leaving space between each for air to flow.
- Add the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Brush the butter mixture over the dough.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5-6 minutes, or until dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Heat up the extra Rao’s Homemade pizza sauce in the Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker with the Sear/Saute setting. Leave the door open so you can continue to interact with the sauce, as needed. Bring to a simmer and serve with the pizza bombs for dipping.
