Ingredients

1 Sourdough Loaf

⅔ cup Butter

1 tablespoon Minced Garlic

⅓ cup Rao’s Vodka Sauce

Fresh Basil Leaves

3 tablespoons Diced Pepperoni

½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

2 tablespoons Oregano
-
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
Using a shard bread knife, cut diagonal rows across the top, going down 1 inch in depth. Cut through diagonal rows in the other direction to create diamond shapes along the top of bread.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer bread to sheet.
Pour half of the garlic butter mixture in between wedges and follow with Rao’s Vodka Sauce. (This can be messy!)
Stuff with pepperoni slices, mozzarella, and basil.
Drizzle with other half of garlic butter mixture over the top, and season with oregano and garlic salt.
Cover and bake for 15-20 Minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes, or until bread is toasted on outside and cheese is melted through
Remove and allow to slightly cool before serving.
