Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef, ½ cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 large egg, 2 cloves garlic (minced), salt, and pepper to taste Directions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined. Form into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Heat a bit of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5–7 minutes.
